Ingredients
- 1/4 tea spoon tea leaves.
- 1 pinch meetha soda (sodium bicarbonate).
- Salt to taste.
- 1 table spoon malai (fresh cream).
- 1 elaichi (cardamom).
- 3g crushed fresh adrak (ginger).
- 1 steel patila.
- Put tea leaves and meetha soda in a steel patila and add two cups of water.
- Keep it on a low flame for 20-25 minutes till the colour is blakish red.
- Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup milk, ginger, salt and crushed cardamom.
- Boil it on a medium flame.
- Pour in a cup, add cream and enjoy the taste and heavenly freshness.
