Ingredients
- 1/2 kg muji preferably red (Radish).
- Salt to taste.
- 4 hari mirchi (green chillies).
- 1 cup curd.
- 1 tea spoon buna hua zeera (roasted cumin).
- 4 akhrot (walnuts) optional.
Method
- Clean and wash the muji properly.
- Grate the muji on a miji krond (box grater) and squeeze of the excess sap.
- Put in a bowl, add salt, cut chillies, zeera, walnuts and curd.
- Mix well and serve.
